Dear Nurse Colleagues:

We invite you to the 2nd open forum hosted by the Philippine Nurses Association of Northern California to share how the Pandemic has changed our lives during the past 15 months. What lifestyle changes did we make? How did these changes affect our physical, mental, and spiritual health. Has our “new normal” eased our fears and anxieties? What coping strategies did we find beneficial? What are the advantages / disadvantages of embracing our “New Normal”. Sharing our stories and experiences of our “New Normal” can provide reassurance and comfort to us knowing that we are not alone.
